Romaine Salad by Kris Heller

Romaine Salad

Head romaine lettuce, torn
1 can mandarin oranges
1 bunch green onions
Sliver almonds or chow mein noodles

Dressing:

1/2 C oil
3 TBS red wine vinegar
2 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Mix dressing and let sit overnight to allow better flavor.  Mix greens and toss with dressing.  Top with almonds or noodles.
