Read's Spaghetti Sauce

Read's Spaghetti Sauce

1 1/2 - 2 lb ground beef
2 (12oz) cans tomato paste
1 (16oz) can tomato sauce
1 large can tomato juice
5-6 garlic cloves
10 oz mushrooms
Italian Seasoning (to taste 2tsp)
S&P
Sugar 1-2T

Brown beef w/garlic.  Add mushrooms (&1 cup water if fresh).  Simmer.  Stir in paste & 2 cans water.  Stir in sauce & 1 can of water.  Add juice and seasoning.  Cook on low for 2 hours or until flavors come together.  Add s/p & sugar.
